Returns and claims
PRODUCT RETURN:
In accordance with our store policy, returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of receiving the purchased item.
Refunds are issued within 14 days from the moment we receive the returned product along with a correctly completed return form.
To make a return, please send the product together with the completed form.

You may use any courier company to send the package to the specified address, as long as you keep the shipping confirmation.
The warehouse does not accept cash-on-delivery parcels.
